Jerry McGraw is a native of West Virginia and now practices law in Kentucky after serving as a school teacher, a member of the Jefferson County Police Department, and a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army. Jerry has also been certified as an Emergency Medical Technician for the past twenty eight years.

Mr. McGraw is a certified Chief Instructor and Instructor Training for the Commonwealth of Kentucky. He has been certified as an Emergency Medical Technician for 25 years, and has taught courses on legal issues for the Kentucky EMS Academy of Western Kentucky University and other agencies. Mr. McGraw is currently an appointed member of the Executive Committee of the Kentucky Board of Emergency Medical Board. CERTIFICATES OF NEED
Do you need a Certificate of Need? A Certificate of Need is normally necessary before you can operate any form of a health care service in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Acquiring a Certificate of Need is a complicated procedure, and you should have an experienced firm to guide you through the process.
McGraw Law represents several ambulance companies in their operations in Kentucky, and has assisted them with acquiring their Certificates of Need and continuing issues before the Kentucky Board of Medical Services.
